Do I need any gym experience?
Not at all. I tailor every session to your fitness level.
What kinds of goals can I work on with you?
You can work on strength, endurance, cardio—or all three. Whatever your goal is, we’ll build a plan to get you there.
How do you track my progress?
I log every session and track key milestones so you stay on course. You’ll be kept fully in the loop and held accountable.
How long is each session?
Each training session lasts 60 minutes—enough time to get a solid, effective workout.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
We’ll talk about it beforehand, and if needed, you’ll consult with your doctor. Safety always comes first.
Are sessions one-on-one or in groups?
Currently, I offer one-on-one sessions for men only—fully focused, fully personalised.
Can I train at home instead of the gym?
Absolutely. But if you want to push yourself into beast mode, come train with me in my private studio for the best results.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Just let me know 24 hours in advance, and we’ll reschedule your session—no problem.
Do I need to bring anything?
Everything’s provided in the studio. Just bring your workout clothes, good energy, and you’re set.
How often should I train?
I recommend three sessions a week for the fastest results. But we’ll go at your pace and build you up steadily.
Can I combine personal training with other fitness activities like yoga or running?
Definitely! My programs can complement other training like running or yoga to help you reach your full potential.
